Valarie James,
LMSW, MPH, 200HR RYT
She/Her
Valarie James is a licensed Master’s Social Worker. She received her Bachelors from Grand Valley State University in Public Administration and a dual Masters from Michigan State University in Social Work and Public Health. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Valarie’s goal is to bridge the gap between mental health and physical movement through her practice of what she calls “Inner Fitness.” Valarie has a variety of experiences working with couples, families, adolescents, young adults, and older adults of diverse populations. She has a passion for assisting individuals with eating disorders, body image issues and mood disorders. Valarie strives to make mental health services and the ability to heal accessible for all without the fear of feeling judged. Her goal is to make every client feel respected, supported, and empowered regardless of background.
Chelsea "Lucky" Lee Woudstra, LMT, ORDM
Chelsea "Lucky" Lee Woudstra LMT ORDM, is a force of joy and love! She has practiced yoga for 24 years, and has been a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Bodyworker for 19 years. Chelsea loves helping folks feel great in their bodies!
Her yoga foundations are in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha styles. This girl loves yoga props, and creating slow, deep classes for all levels! Her yoga certifications are through YogaBody Teachers College, and Yogamu International. She has many massage and bodywork certifications and specialties, though her primary focus has been on pain and mobility issues, and releasing unresolved trauma trapped in the body.
Chelsea's yogic movement therapy classes beautifully blend yogic practices, bodywork techniques, and guided meditation to address the many aspects of the Self.

Keyshara Hudson, LLMSW
Hello, my name is Keyshara Hudson and I am a light of healing as a Clinical Therapist. I received my Masters of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. I specialize in holistic person-centered practices related to mind, body and spirit. I am passionate about transformative change in individuals. With my practice I do engage in strength- based practices.
I have provided therapy for mainly adults (18-60). I specialize in group therapy as well as individual therapy and case management. Populations I have served were those who struggle with substance use, trauma- related individuals and mental health. With components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relapse Prevention, Narrative Therapy, boundaries and PTSD related topics I explore as well. My background is in corrections, residential rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
I take proud in creating a safe and supportive space for those who struggle with navigating personal healing and growth. I desire for my clients to see and experience life-long transformations in their lives and relationships. I believe that it's never too late to make a change.



Lariesha Lee, LLMSW
Lariesha is a compassionate Clinical Therapist at Inner Fitness Counseling & Wellness, now accepting new clients. She specializes in healing-centered engagement that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. As a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and advancement, Lariesha integrates holistic, strengths-based approaches in her practice.
She provides therapy for adolescents (15+), young adults, college students in transition, pregnant and parenting individuals, and seniors. Her specialties include group therapy, person-centered care, and therapeutic interventions incorporating nature and mindfulness. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, she creates a supportive, empowering space where clients, especially women, pregnant and postpartum
individuals, and those experiencing chronic pain—can reclaim their autonomy, build resilience,
and thrive.
With a background in clinical social work, community advocacy, and program leadership, Lariesha is committed to fostering healing and personal growth. She believes in the power of
storytelling, self-discovery, and holistic wellness to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and embrace their full potential.
