Valarie has a variety of experiences working with couples, families, adolescents, young adults, and older adults of diverse populations. She has a passion for assisting individuals with eating disorders, body image issues and mood disorders. Valarie strives to make mental health services and the ability to heal accessible for all without the fear of feeling judged. Her goal is to make every client feel respected, supported, and empowered regardless of background.
At Inner Fitness Counseling & Wellness, we recognize the growing need for comprehensive mental health and wellness services, especially in the Grand Rapids area. As awareness of mental health issues increases and holistic approaches to health gain popularity, we are uniquely positioned to meet the demand for integrative care. Many traditional mental health services focus solely on the mind, often overlooking the deep connection between mental and physical well-being. Inner Fitness bridges this gap by offering a unique combination of counseling and fitness programs, creating a holistic approach to wellness that supports the whole person.
